Convenient hip new hotel with friendly staff. Well priced room with toiletries and king bed, for instance, all in all value for money.

my recent stay in cocoa beach was amazing, but Econo Lodge exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and having a big mini fridge was a plus for taking drinks to the beach. Not beachfront, but close to public access.

Noisy neighbors late at night.

We really liked the location of this hotel. It was right across from the beach and very close to everything. We could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the cruise terminal, which was perfect for our day cruise. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and greeted us well.

The setting was terrible.

We were pleased to find great-sized rooms at this hip new hotel. Really enjoyed our rooms for the value. The location was good and excellent, for example, a green oceanfront park was at a medium distance from the property.

The front desk personnel, Trevan, was extremely helpful with suggestions for evening entertainment and meals. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and based his recommendations on our input. The off-site breakfast at a neighborhood diner was excellent and worth the trip. The location of the property, across the street from the beach, was great. The updated interior, fresh and new pillows, and fake hardwood floor were nice. The re-do on the old tired property brought it up to reasonable standards for a comfortable stay.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

5 minutes' walk to the bus stop. The extremely friendly and wonderfully friendly staff and their attitude. Well priced room with shower and toiletries, as for instance as expected😃
